On-demand corrugated fiberboard & plastic for short runs

Corrugated boxes are the most popular packaging material for shipping because they are lightweight, easily recyclable, and excellent protection-to-cost ratio.

LPC builds on this foundation by specializing in complete corrugated packaging solutions — from design and manufacturing to on-demand fulfilment and dedicated support. We streamline your operations, marketing and testing with services like prototyping and kitting, while also reducing inventory and costs. By manufacturing the entire solution in-house with a variety of substrates, LPC eliminates the complexities of multiple vendors and ensures consistent quality.

Engineered packaging solutions for performance and protection

LPC specializes in designing corrugated packaging for high-value, sensitive, and fragile equipment/products. Our engineers provide complete solutions — from concept to execution — ensuring protection against shock and vibration while meeting your performance, price and presentation goals. We can work with existing designs, or develop new ones, and our design department manages your files for ongoing support.

Corrugated and cushioning experts

LPC fabricates corrugated fiberboard and durable plastic corrugated packaging, ideal for challenging environments and medium-term storage needs.

We specialize in designing comprehensive cushioning systems for sensitive products in industries like medical, semiconductor, and aerospace, protecting against abrasion with specialized foams. Our integrated design and manufacturing process ensures packaging performance, with capabilities including rapid prototyping, die-cutting, CNC routing and waterjet cutting.

Unlock the potential of your corrugated packaging with custom printing

Markings on the corrugated exterior is an important part of ensuring proper packaging handling during transit, storage and access. Printing can also be used for branding, communications and A/B testing with minimal investment. It improves the performance and presentation of your packaging. We are investing in both flexo and full-colour digital printing on corrugated for even more printing options.

A versatile packaging solution

At LPC, we offer custom packaging solutions by die-cutting, stitching, and sonic welding corrugated plastic to meet various needs. Well-placed folds, welds, and reinforcements can make corrugated plastic surprisingly robust and adaptable.

Reusable and durable

With an exceptional strength-to-weight ratio, corrugated plastic provides a semi-permanent packaging solution, making it an excellent choice for reusable packaging.

Waterproof and resistant to chemicals

Unlike paper-based packaging, corrugated plastic does not degrade when exposed to moisture or to many chemicals.

Hygienic and low-maintenance alternative

Corrugated plastic does not generate particulates (such as paper dust) and can easily be wiped down or sanitized making it ideal for cleanroom use, or medical products.

Popular plastic corrugated applications

Boxes and containers

These versatile solutions range from standard rectangular boxes to custom-shaped containers, offering secure storage and transportation for a wide variety of products. Collapsible and stackable options enhance convenience, closed-loop returnability, and space efficiency.

Bin Boxes

A long-lasting and economical solution for storing or shelving products or equipment for lengthy periods of time.

Dividers and partitions

Designed to organize and separate items within larger containers, these internal components prevent product-to-product contact and damage. They can be vertical, horizontal, or arranged in customizable grid systems to accommodate different shapes and sizes.

Trays

Many companies use plastic corrugate trays on conveyors in their warehouses to move products internally through the packaging process. Nestable and stackable designs optimize space.

Sleeves and wraps

These protective elements shield vulnerable parts of products, such as edges and corners, from impacts and abrasions during handling and transit. Custom-fit sleeves can be designed to encase specific product shapes.

Inexpensive, economical bulk packaging protection

Corrugated fiberboard remains a staple in packaging. Its structure — a fluted corrugated sheet sandwiched between two flat linerboards — delivers an excellent mixture of strength and cushioning, and is eminently recyclable.

Corrugated fiberboard is often a go-to choice. Its materials and production process are relatively inexpensive, making it an economical option — especially for bulk protective packaging. However, corrugated it’s susceptible to moisture and isn’t the most durable option for heavy items, or long-term storage.

Optimizing packaging with hybrid designs

Corrugated boxes are versatile, and can be used with other substrates to achieve packaging that is optimized for cost, weight, and performance. For heavy items (e.g. medical devices), plywood inserts add strength and rigidity to the bottom. Corrugated caps can also replace plywood caps on skids for certain uses.
