“We completed our audit for ISO 9001:2015 and passed, yay!”, stated Christa Ford with great joy.
In addition to overseeing operations, Christa specializes in quality assurance practices. As she lead the FCP team to ISO 9001: 2008 certification in 2010. When ISO 9001:2015 was released, it was time for FCP to innovate and update.
